IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO LOCATE YOUR CHAUFFEUR, PLEASE CALL 954-328-6653 IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT A CANCELLATION NUMBER MUST BE OBTAINED IN ORDER TO AVOID A LATE CANCELLATION FEE. THERE IS A 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ON MOTORCOACHES, EXECUTIVE COACH (LIMO-BUS), MINI-COACH, MINI-BUS AND HUMMERS. ALL OTHER VEHICLES HAVE A 8-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. A SERVICE FEE, EQUAL TO THE TOTAL TRIP COST IS CHARGED FOR SEDAN CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THEN 3 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED PICK UP TIME. CELEBRITY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PASSENGER FLIGHTS/TRAIN, WHICH ARE MISSED, CANCELLED, DIVERTED OR DELAYED, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENT, WHICH RESULTS IN FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE CANCELLATION POLICY. WE WILL USE OUR BEST EFFORTS TO FULFILL CLIENT’S NEEDS IN THESE INSTANCES SUBJECT TO WAIT TIME FEES, LATE CANCELLATIONS, OR RE-BOOKINGS, WITHOUT DETRIMENT TO OTHER RESERVED CLIENTS. IF THE CHAUFFUER IS ALREADY EN ROUTE, LATE CANCELLATION FEES WILL APPLY. FLAT RATES ARE BASED ON PICK-UP AND DROP OFF ONLY. IF ADDITIONAL STOPS ARE REQUIRED, THE APPLICABLE HOURLY RATE AND MINIMUM WILL APPLY. AS DIRECTED HOURLY RATES ARE BASED ON THE TIME THE VEHICLE LEAVES THE GARAGE UNTIL THE VEHICLE RETURNS TO THE GARAGE. RATES DO NOT INCLUDE PARKING, TOLLS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL CHARGES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING THE COURSE OF SERVICE. CELEBRITY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES (CTS) AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT IN VEHICLES, OR AT ALL PICK UP AND DROP OFF LOCATIONS. APLS ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES TO PERSONAL PROPERTY. THE CHAUFFEUR WILL ONLY ASSIST IN LOADING / UNLOADING OF LUGGAGE. THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING POSSESSION AND CONTROL OF THEIR ITEMS AT ALL TIMES.
Please contact our office immediately in the event of any changes to your travel itinerary. We will make every effort to accomodate emergency changes without penalties. Please keep in mind that there are some occasions where Celebrity Transportation Services will utilize the services of a Sub-Contractor, and we are bound to their Terms & Conditions and contractual agreements.
A no-show takes place when a car has been waiting for you at the pick up location for a determined period of time (1 hour after the plane has landed or a half hour at locations other than the Airports) and there is no contact between you and the chauffeur or you and the office. This situation usually occurs when you fail to cancel your reservation within the allotted time frame, or you need much more time than expected to get to the car and fail to notify your chauffeur or the office. If the pick up is at the airport or out of town, you will be charged the full fare from Miami to the reserved Airport/Town location and in special situations waiting time and parking will also be added to the no-show fee. For pickups in Miami (not airports) you will be charged for 1 hour at the hourly vehicle rate. Why? Once a booking is confirmed, a vehicle/driver is assigned/reserved 24 hours before scheduled pickup time. From this point, that vehicle/driver cannot be assigned to another job around the same time slot. Since we are in-advance reservations only, the reserved vehicle/driver will be left without assignment. $120.00 for 8 & 10 passenger stretch limousines, $65.00 for sedans, and $90.00 for SUVs (12 to 5 hours in advance). With your confirmation, you will be given a phone number to call in the event of not being able to make contact (this would normally occur when there is a last minute gate change, the terminal’s arrivals monitor is incorrect or the terminal parking lot is full or closed).
