Recently, I booked your service to take my mother from Miami Beach to Melbourne, FL. After so many years of using another company, I was a little skeptical about using Celebrity Transportation Services. I was worried for no reason.

I am pleased to tell you that your chauffeur was professional, prompt, courteous, and made my mother feel very comfortable on her long road-trip to Melbourne. We had been using a very well known “BIG COMPANY” in Miami for many years, but recently noticed on several occasions that the quality of service had deteriorated. The drivers were not professional, and many times got lost, or got stuck in traffic because they were unfamilliar with the local traffic patterns. We had complained to them several times, but I can only assume that the BIG COMPANIES really don’t care about the customers, they just care about the profits!

I hope that you will continue to provide me with the same great service as you did on our first opportunity to use your services. We will be your customers from now on. We are very pleased with your services, and look forward to many happy years as your customer. I will be sure to reccomend you to all of our friends and family.
